CHANEL
Chanel is a Duquesne University graduate with undergraduate studies in Communications and graduate studies in Marketing. Personal Training, Resistance Band, Sports Conditioning, Sports Nutrition and Running Specialist certification provided by International Fitness Professionals Association (IFPA). Master Personal Training, Sports Nutrition, Cycling, and Holistic Health Consultant certification provided by American Aerobic Association (AAAI) and International Sports Medicine Association (ISMA). CPR and AED certification from the American Heart Association. Women’s Circle Facilitator certification provided by the Global Sisterhood. Master Level Reiki Practitioner and certified in Aromatouch technique.
As the owner of Sound Body Solutions, I take great pride in helping others change their lifestyle and achieve their goals. This transformation begins when the desire to change is greater than the desire to stay the same.
As a national level competitor in bodybuilding, figure and
